You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Regular License, but for multiple client jobs you will need to purchase an extended license.

1. General Terms

These licensing terms govern the use of all Wix templates provided by Themes by Luxurious Web Design. By purchasing a template, you agree to comply with these terms. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of your license and legal action.

2. License Types

We offer two types of licenses for our templates:

2.1 Regular License

The Regular License allows you to use the template in a single project. The terms of the Regular License are as follows:

• Single Use: The template can only be used in one end product (e.g., one website).
• Personal or Business: The end product can be personal or business for a single client.
• No Redistribution: You may not resell, distribute, sublicense, or share the template in its original or modified form.
• Editable Design: You may customize the template for your specific project. However, copyright of the original template design remains with Themes by Luxurious Web Design.

Examples:

• ✅ Use the template to create a website for yourself or a client.
• ❌ Use the template to create multiple websites or sell it as a template to others.

2.2 Extended License

The Extended License allows for resale, duplication, and redistribution of the template under the following conditions:

• Multiple Use: The template may be duplicated or redistributed as part of end products (e.g., websites, apps) for clients or customers.
• Resale Rights: You may sell the end product (e.g., a website) to multiple clients or users.
• License Per Design: A separate Commercial License must be purchased for each design or project where resale or redistribution occurs.
• No Copyright Transfer: Copyright of the original template remain with Themes by Luxurious Web Design.

Examples:

• ✅ Use the template to create multiple websites for clients under separate Commercial Licenses.
• ✅ Resell a website built with the template as part of your services.
• ✅ Redistribute the template itself, with or without customization, or sell it as a standalone product under a valid Commercial License. Full white-labeling rights are included.

3. Attribution and Ownership

• Copyright of the original template and design files remains with Themes by Luxurious Web Design.
• You may not claim copyright of the template or its design

4. Prohibited Uses

Regardless of the license type, you may not:

• Use the template in a way that violates the terms of the purchased license.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the template without a valid Commercial License.
• Claim copyright of the original template design, even after customization, as the copyright of the original design remains with Themes by Luxurious Web Design.
• Use the template in a way that competes directly with Themes by Luxurious Web Design (none of our templates/themes/designs/copyright materials can be sold on any marketplace or 3rd party website – only on your own proprietary website and with a commercial license)
• Licenses cannot be transferred or shared with third parties unless explicitly allowed under the terms of a Commercial License. Under a Commercial License, all duplicates or redistributions of the template are covered by the same license. For Regular and Extended Licenses, each license applies to a single end product (e.g., one design), and additional licenses must be purchased for additional deigns.

5. Liability and Indemnity

• Themes by Luxurious Web Design is not responsible for any issues arising from improper use of the templates, including copyright violations resulting from misuse.
• By using our templates, you agree to indemnify Themes by Luxurious Web Design from any legal claims related to the use of the templates.
